Steam Workshop Map Uploads Grow to 3 GB, and the AK-47 Gets a New Inspect Animation

The maximum upload size for Counter-Strike 2 Steam Workshop maps increases to 3 GB. The AK-47's alternate inspect animation was updated, and a bug with CSTV spectators' armor display was fixed, alongside sizing and scaling fixes for UI elements shared between the buy menu and in-game HUD.
