Stickers Can Now Be Scraped From Weapons, and the Bomb Stops Vanishing From Radar

Players can now scrape or remove stickers by selecting the sticker icons under the weapon, and empty storage units with an assigned label can be deleted. A bug where the bomb could disappear from the radar is fixed, along with a Workshop tools crash when compiling maps that contain instances.
