Grenades Stop Making Headshot Sounds, and Copenhagen 2024 Winners Return to the Majors Tab

A bug causing grenades to generate headshot sounds is fixed, along with a case where grenades weren't bouncing off certain dynamic props. Copenhagen 2024's winners were missing from the Majors tab in the Watch menu, which has been corrected.
